Product Overview
X42, X52, X60 and X70 series line pipes are manufactured in strict accordance with international standards including API 5L, ASTM and GB/T 9711. As low-carbon microalloyed thermomechanical controlled processing (TMCP) pipeline steel, they are refined with precise addition of manganese, niobium, titanium and other trace elements. Covering working conditions from low-medium pressure to high-pressure oil & gas transportation, the pipes integrate outstanding high temperature resistance, alternating temperature tolerance, low-temperature anti-brittle fracture performance, hydrogen-induced cracking resistance and superior weldability. X42 : Economical Low-Pressure GradeMinimum yield strength: 290MPa. Featuring balanced toughness, easy welding and cost efficiency, it is ideal for oil & gas branch lines, urban low-pressure gas pipelines, water supply & drainage networks and industrial fluid delivery under mild conditions. It maintains stable dimensional stability under day-night temperature fluctuation and cuts overall operation & maintenance costs.
X52 : Global Universal Mainstream GradeThe most widely adopted pipeline steel grade across the globe with 360MPa minimum yield strength. It achieves perfect balance among mechanical strength, low-temperature toughness and corrosion resistance. Suitable for onshore trunk oil & gas pipelines, shallow offshore pipelines and chemical medium transportation. HIC-resistant customized versions are available for sour service, matching most conventional energy infrastructure projects.
X60 : Medium & High-Pressure Trunk GradeMinimum yield strength reaches 415MPa with greatly upgraded pressure bearing capacity and excellent resistance to temperature variation & pressure fluctuation. Designed for long-distance high-pressure crude oil and natural gas transmission pipelines as well as oilfield gathering stations, it resists cracking and deformation under alternating temperature and slight geological settlement.
X70 : High-Strength Heavy-Duty GradeTop-strength grade in this range with 485MPa minimum yield strength. Its fine acicular ferrite microstructure delivers powerful low-temperature impact toughness and superior high-temperature endurance. Perfect for deep-sea oil & gas transportation, permafrost pipelines, large-diameter high-pressure trunk lines and heavy-duty projects with complex geology, capable of withstanding high-temperature medium and severe sour corrosion environments.
